In which country can I be delivered ?

You can order products through the e-shop Delphine Manivet from France, the European Union countries, the United-States, Canada, Australia and Asia (China, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia and Singapour).

What are the delivery costs and times ?

The delivery costs depend on the delivery times. Please read the terms, article 7 « Delivery terms ».

I would like to change the shipping address after the order was placed.

I did not received my order or there is a problem with my order.

Please contact our customer service via the contact form, subject ORDER TRACKING and share your problem. We will contact our carriers and get back to you as soon as possible.

What should I do if I am not at home when the order is delivered ?

The carriers were given instructions to leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. Therefore, you will be informed about the date, the time of delivery and the post office where your parcel has been delivered.

What should I do if the product delivered is not the model expected or if it is defective ?

If you believe the product is damaged, please contact our customer service here in the 48 hours after the delivery. A picture of the parcel could be required to proceed to the refunding. More details in the terms, article 8 « Right to withdraw / Complaints ».

Exchanges & Returns
Should I pay the return fees ?

The return fees are FREE for customers. We send you a prepaid label shipping to paste on the parcel. For more information, please read the terms, article 8 « Right to withdraw / Complaints ».

What is the return & exchange process ?

Once you receive your order, you have 15 days to address your return or exchange request via the contact form, subject RETURNS & EXCHANGES. Please mention your order number and the product concerned to facilitate the request. As returns and exchanges are free, you will receive a prepaid shipping label by email.

Then, you may full fill the Return & Exchange Form and follow the process to return or exchange the product(s). If you have misplaced the document, you can download it in your customer account in your order history.

What are the refunding deadlines ?

The refund takes place within 15 days after the receipt of your order.
